We meet with you initially to understand your ideas and personal style, and then suggest different ways we can help. We discuss the package that suits you best and conform it to your needs. We are very flexible and know that each couple and wedding is very different. Our three most popular packages are listed, however any “package” can be adapted to your personal needs. Day Of Package
For those of you interested in taking care of your pre-wedding day details we can help you smooth out all of the potential bumps and snags of your wedding day with our Day-Of Package. This package includes:
- Three meetings to review your wedding concept and details as well as unlimited phone and email correspondence
- Contacting the vendors to finalize details and working with them on creating the detailed agenda
- Agenda for wedding ceremony and reception (full detailed agenda for vendors, pared down info for wedding party)
- Emergency kit available for day-of use
- Ceremony/reception attendance and coordination (2 coordinators up to 10 hours day of)
- Rehearsal attendance and coordination
Cost: This package typically costs $1200 and includes two coordinators onsite. We take over as the point of contact with the vendors the last month before the wedding so that you are able to focus on other details, such as receiving out of town guests, shopping for the honeymoon and the wedding party gifts, and trying to relax after what is typically a marathon of non-stop wedding planning!

Middle of the Road Package
Another popular option is assistance in many but not all areas. If you feel like you have most of the details under control but would like some help in finding a few vendors, the day-of coordination, and maybe some hands on help along the way, then this package might be for you. You can pick and choose from the a la carte menu and we put together a package with those inclusions at a reduced rate.
Cost: This package typically runs in the $2000-3000 range and includes full day-off coordination, but is hugely dependent on your needs. All our packages are individualized and based on an estimated number of hours worked by our staff. For example, if you don’t need day-of coordination, we can create a package without that cost for a substantially reduced rate. We can always add on later and the reduced rate would still apply.
One of the most exciting aspects for us is working with a bride from start to finish, on every detail, with every vendor. The average wedding takes over 300 hours of planning. We help alleviate a lot of that time with our already established network of contacts and our vast experience in planning weddings. The Extensive Package includes assistance in any and all areas in addition to the basic Day-Of inclusions. Most importantly, we will be by your side every step of the way. Cost: Instead of charging a percentage of the wedding budget, we feel it’s more fair to charge a flat rate. Our cost is based on stages of involvement. The Extensive starts at $4500 and the majority of weddings can be planned at this cost level. Increases in cost come if the hours worked greatly exceed the original estimate. This is always discussed with you well before we reach the higher level though, so don’t ever worry about being blindsided by a higher charge!
